The BMI Project: Body | Mind | Inflammation

This study will test a new treatment program to help improve health and well-being among emerging adults ages 18-25. Eligible participants will be enrolled into a 4-month study and will receive:
  • A total of 12 virtual (Zoom) group treatment sessions over a 4-month period
  • Information and evidence-based strategies for making changes to eating patterns, sleep and physical activity
  • Guidance and training in evidence-based strategies to enhance stress management and emotional well-being
  • Feedback on physical measurements throughout the study

This research is being conducted in the Department of Health Behavior and Policy within the School of Medicine and is funded by the Massey Cancer Center. All data collection visits will be conducted at the One Capitol Square Building.
